• Create content that captivates your audience and generate the most engagement (likes, shares, comments, views) will be crowned the winner.

• Content Direction: Influencers / KOC / KOL are encouraged to create authentic and relatable content that resonates with your experience at The Body Mechanics. Content should also engage their audience through compelling narratives or creative demonstrations of The Body Mechanics' services, assessments, treatments, and unique selling points.

**Guidelines, Terms & Conditions

1. "The Organizer" refers to THE BODY MECHANICS PHYSIO & REHAB SDN BHD (1365646-T).

2. The Move For Health Influencer Contest [the “Contest”] is organised by THE BODY MECHANICS PHYSIO & REHAB SDN BHD (1365646-T), hereinafter referred to as “The Body Mechanics”.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who are in breach of the **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions**

4. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your entry should you fail to meet a minimum of 1,000 followers and above followers on Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok.

5. Participants must RSVP, start creating & post as many contents about your experience at The Body Mechanics - or even GO LIVE to flex your creativity on social media!

6. Participants must follow & tag The Body Mechanics @thebodymechanicspg (FB), @thebodymechanics_pg (IG), and @thebodymecrehab (TikTok).

7. Participants must include #movewiththebodymec in each posts.

8. Participants are required to maintain their profile settings as "Public" throughout the duration of the event.

9. Participants must submit reels or videos no later than 11:59pm on July 7, 2024, to be considered for participation.

10. Failure to comply with **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions 5 - 9 will invalidate your chance to win the prize.

11. Participants are encouraged to include themselves in content for stronger credibility and a higher chance of getting noticed.

12. The participants with the highest amount of positive engagement will be crowned the winner. Engagement metrics include likes, shares, comments, and total views.

13. A winner will be selected and announced at www.unclecalvin.com on the 14th July 2024.

14. The winner must send their personal details which include Name, Email, Mobile Number & Address to unclecalvin@edvertica.com to redeem the prize.

15. Winner must reply to the Organizer within 5 working days of receiving the announcement notification, and the winners will be invalidated after the deadline.

16. By participating, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

17. The Organizer's decision on the selected winner is the final decision, and the winner has already been secured. Any correspondence or objection will not be accepted.

18. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or redeem Pilates or any medical supplies (slippers, orthotics etc...). All prize awarded cannot be substituted for other items.

19. The prize is eligible to be utilized in The Body Mechanics Physio & Rehab Centre Pulau Tikus or Bayan Lepas outlet only.

20. The prize can only be utilized for Physiotherapy Treatments and F-EMS (Full Body Electro-Myostimulation Suit).

21. Any costs exceeding the prize value must be paid by the bearer in cash.

22. The prize cannot be used to purchase any packages or additional services.

23. If the bearer is not located in Penang, they may transfer the prize to another individual who can utilize it. The winner must notify The Company of the chosen recipient, who will use the prize on their behalf. Prize validity: 1st July 2024 - 31st August 2024.

24. Prize redemption is subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance by appointment. Treatments will be provided by The Company upon confirmation of the appointment.

25. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as necessary.

26. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

27. If anyone is found to have tampered with the entry method and/or the process of the Contest, or has violated the Contest’s terms and conditions or deliberately violated the law, the Organizer has the absolute right to disqualify them from participating in the Contest.

28. All times and dates mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are in GMT+8 Malaysia Time.

29. By participating, all Participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights there to shall belong to The Body Mechanics.
