**Guidelines, Terms & Conditions

1. "The Organizer" refers to iMotorbike World Sdn. Bhd. (1205246-M)

2. The iMOTORBIKE Creators Contest [the “Contest”] is organised by iMotorbike World Sdn. Bhd. (1205246-M), hereinafter referred to as “iMotorbike”.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who are in breach of the **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions**

4. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your entry should you fail to meet a minimum of 1,000 followers and above followers on Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok.

5. Participants must RSVP, test drive with iMotorbike, and create contents to educate your audience about iMotorbike features & services - or even GO LIVE to flex your creativity on social media.

6. Participants must share your iMotorbike Promo Code "[YOURNAME]50" for RM 50 OFF in your content.

7. Participants must post, follow & tag iMotorbike @imotorbike (FB), @imotorbike.my (IG), and @imotorbike.my (TikTok).

8. Participants must include #ridewithimotorbike in each posts.

9. Participants are required to maintain their profile settings as "PUBLIC" throughout the duration of the event.

10. Participants must submit reels or videos no later than 11:59pm on July 21, 2024, to be considered for participation.

11. Failure to comply with **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions 5 - 9 will invalidate your chance to win prizes.

11. Participants are encouraged to include themselves in content for stronger credibility and a higher chance of getting noticed.

12. Winners will be selected by the organizers based on the highest amount of positive engagement. Engagement metrics include likes, shares, comments, and total views. 

13. Winners will be selected and announced at www.unclecalvin.com on the 28th July 2024.

14. The winner must send their personal details which include Name, Email, Mobile Number & Address via www.unclecalvin.com.

15. The winner must reply to the Organizer within 5 working days of receiving the announcement notification, and the winners will be invalidated after the deadline.

16. By participating, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

17. The Organizer's decision on the selected winner is the final decision, and the winner has already been secured. Any correspondence or objection will not be accepted.

18. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prize awarded cannot be substituted for other items.

19. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

20. If anyone is found to have tampered with the entry method and/or the process of the Contest, or has violated the Contest’s terms and conditions or deliberately violated the law, the Organizer has the absolute right to disqualify them from participating in the Contest.

21. All times and dates mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are in GMT+8 Malaysia Time.

22. By participating, all Participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights there to shall belong to iMotorbike.
