Date : 4th May 2024 (Saturday)

Time : 10AM - 12PM

Location: Convent Light Street, Penang

Child's Age: 8 - 16 (A parent is allowed to accompany the child)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO DO

• Capture and post your experience and your child's pitch - or even GO LIVE to flex your creativity on social media!
• Capture and share your photos and videos of the workshop to the Organizers through the WhatsApp group! (to be created soon)
• Follow & Tag Powerpreneur on Facebook (Powerpreneur), Instagram (@powerpreneur_de) & Ace Edventure Penang Facebook (AceEdventurePenang)
• Include #powerpreneur in each post.

**Terms & Conditions**

1. "The Organizer" refers to Ace EdVenture (ACE ED-VENTURE (M) SDN. BHD).
2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your RSVP should you or your child fail to meet a minimum of 1,000 followers and above on Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / XHS.
3. Every participating influencers / KOL / KOCs must capture and publish content (visuals, photos or videos) regarding Powerpreneur Workshop: Dream Big, Start Small, Scale Fast latest by May 11th, 2024.
4. Participating influencers / KOL / KOCs must agree to submit any photos or videos captured during the event to the organizers upon request. These assets may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and promotional materials.
5. Participants acknowledge that any photos or videos submitted to the organizers remain their intellectual property; however, by submitting these assets, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. This event and promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS.
7. All times and dates mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are in GMT+8 Malaysia Time.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to alter or extend the event at its sole discretion without prior notice.
