6. The Affiliates are encouraged to include themselves in content for stronger credibility and a higher chance of getting noticed.

7. All The Affiliates must send their personal details which include Name, Email, Mobile Number, Address and TikTok profile account via www.unclecalvin.com.

8. By participating, The Affiliates agreed to abide by The Organizer's terms and conditions.

9. The Organizer's decision on the selected The Affiliate is the final decision, and The Affiliate has already been secured.

10. Any correspondence or objection will not be accepted.

11. This program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated TikTok.

12. If anyone is found to have tampered with the entry method and/or the process of the Program, or has violated the Program’s terms and conditions or deliberately violated the law, the Organizer has the absolute right to disqualify them from participating in the Program.

15. The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in The Affiliate program or the use of The Affiliate link.

16. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate or suspend any of The Affiliates participation in the program at any time if any of The Affiliates violate any of the terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to adhere to promotion guidelines.

17. All The Affiliates must adhere to TikTok’s advertising policies and guidelines.
