**Guidelines, Terms & Conditions

1. "The Organizer" refers to Vitamode (Medispec (M) Sdn Bhd).

2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your entry should you fail to meet a minimum of 1,000 followers and above followers on Facebook / Instagram.

3. Participants must create & post a creative reels or video about Vitamode® Product and why do you love Vitamode® as a brand.

4. Participants must follow & tag Vitamode on Facebook (VitamodeOnline), Instagram (@vitamodemy).

5. Participants must include #curatedforyou & #vitamodemy in each post.

6. Participants are required to maintain their profile settings as "Public" throughout the duration of the event.

7. Participants must submit reels or videos no later than 11:59pm on May 31, 2024, to be considered for participation.

8. Failure to comply with **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions 3 - 7 will invalidate your chance to win a RM500 Vitamode Gift Voucher.

9. Participants are encouraged to include themselves in content for stronger credibility and a higher chance of getting noticed.

10. Winners will be selected by the organizers. Factors of selection includes number of likes, shares and comments, quality of content & creativity.

12. 3 winners will be selected and announced at www.unclecalvin.com on the 10th June 2024, each valued at RM500.

13. The distribution of gift vouchers will occur within 5 working days following the conclusion of the contest. Winners will receive an email attached with a voucher code sent by the organizers, to be used on Vitamode's Official Website during checkout (www.vitamode.com.my).

14. By participating, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

15. The Organizer's decision on the selected winners is the final decision, and the winner has already been secured. Any correspondence or objection will not be accepted.

16. The gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift voucher awarded cannot be substituted for other items.

17. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

18. If anyone is found to have tampered with the entry method and/or the process of the Contest, or has violated the Contest’s terms and conditions or deliberately violated the law, the Organizer has the absolute right to disqualify them from participating in the Contest.

19. Vitamode reserves the right to take appropriate action against individuals who engage in defamation, slander, or any other form of negative commentary directed towards Vitamode products, services, or brand image.
