**Terms & Conditions**

1. "The Organizer" refers to Chickatsu (Quartertime Sdn Bhd).

2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your RSVP should you fail to meet a minimum of 10,000 followers and above on Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / XHS.

3. Every participating influencers / KOL / KOCs must publish content (visual or video) regarding Chickatsu's Raya Promotion latest by April 10, 2024.

4. The food is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All food provided cannot be substituted for other items.

5. This event and promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS.

6. All times and dates mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are in GMT+8 Malaysia Time.

7. The Organizer reserves the right to alter or extend the event at its sole discretion without prior notice.
