1. "The Organizer" refers to Revenue Valley Sdn. Bhd.

2. The Manhattan FISH MARKET "Seafood Like Never Before" Influencer Feast [the “Contest”] is organised by Revenue Valley Sdn. Bhd, hereinafter referred to as “The Manhattan FISH MARKET".

3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who are in breach of the **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions**.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your entry should you fail to meet a minimum of 1,000 followers and above followers on Facebook / Instagram / TikTok.

5. Participants must RSVP, create and post at least ONE(1) "Seafood Like Never Before" Influencer Feast Menu VIDEO or REEL on your Social Media while at The Manhattan FISH MARKET. 

6. Participants must follow & tag The Manhattan FISH MARKET's Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

7. Participants must include #themanhattanfishmarket #seafoodlikeneverbefore in each post.

8. Participants must submit the video and caption to Uncle Calvin's admin before 10th December 2024 for review before posting on your social media.

9. Participants are required to maintain their profile settings as "Public" throughout the duration of the event.

10. Failure to comply with **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions 5 - 9 will invalidate your chance to win prizes.

11. Participants are encouraged to include themselves in content for stronger credibility and a higher chance of getting noticed.

12. The participants with the highest amount of positive engagement will be crowned the winner. Engagement metrics include likes, shares, comments, and total views.

13. The participants are required to double-check all information for clarity and precision, making sure the restaurant’s name, featured food item, and pricing details are spoken or written correctly to maximize your chances of winning.

14. A winners will be selected and announced at www.unclecalvin.com on the 22nd December 2024.

15. The winner must send their personal details which include Name, Email, Mobile Number & Address via Uncle Calvin's admin.

16. Winner must reply to the Organizer within 5 working days of receiving the announcement notification, and the winners will be invalidated after the deadline.

17. By participating, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

18. The Organizer's decision on the selected winner is the final decision, and the winner has already been secured. Any correspondence or objection will not be accepted.

19. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prize awarded cannot be substituted for other items.

20. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

21. If anyone is found to have tampered with the entry method and/or the process of the Contest, or has violated the Contest’s terms and conditions or deliberately violated the law, the Organizer has the absolute right to disqualify them from participating in the Contest.

22. All times and dates mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are in GMT+8 Malaysia Time.

23. By participating, all Participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights there to shall belong to The Manhattan FISH MARKET.
