HOW TO JOIN

Step 1 : Start creating a VIDEO about NY Steak Shack "Pepper Me Crazy" Influencer Feast menu and Giveaway voucher contest.

Step 2 : Follow & tag NY Steak Shack Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Step 3 : Include #NYSteakShack #peppermecrazy in each posts.

Step 4 : Submit your video and caption to Uncle Calvin's admin before 25th December 2025, 11:59 PM for review before posting on TikTok/IG/FB.

Step 5 : Submit your fans' details to Uncle Calvin's admin: Name, Email, Mobile Number & Address before 31st December 2025, 11:59 PM

*Check your email (including junk or spam) for all the details. Cash voucher will be fulfilled on January 2026.

• Create content that captivates your audience and generate the most engagement (likes, shares, comments, views) will be crowned the winner.

• Make sure your profile setting is “PUBLIC” so that we can view it.

• Ensure to double-check all information for clarity and accuracy before posting. Make sure the restaurant’s name, featured food item, and pricing are mentioned or written correctly to maximize your chances of winning.

• Content Direction:

  Influencers / KOC / KOL are encouraged to create authentic and relatable content that resonates with NY Steak Shack "Pepper Me Crazy" Influencer Feast menu.

1. "The Organizer" refers to Revenue Valley Sdn. Bhd.

2. NY Steak Shack "Pepper Me Crazy" Influencer Feast  [the “Contest”] is organised by Revenue Valley Sdn. Bhd, hereinafter referred to as “NY Steak Shack”.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who are in breach of the **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions**.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to deny your entry should you fail to meet a minimum of 2,000 followers and above followers on IG/TikTok/FB.

5. Participants must RSVP, create and post at least ONE(1) NY Steak Shack "Pepper Me Crazy" Influencer Feast and giveaway VIDEO on your Social Media while at NY Steak Shack. 

6. Participants must follow & tag NY Steak Shack Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

7. Participants must include #NYSteakShack #peppermecrazy in each post.

8. Participants must submit the video and caption to Uncle Calvin's admin before 25th December 2025, 11:59 PM for review before posting on your social media.

9. Participants must submit the fans' details: Name, Email, Mobile Number & Address before 31st December 2025, 11:59 PM.

10. Participants must keep their profiles set to "Public" and ensure that video/reel entries remain publicly visible for at least 3 months.

11. Failure to comply with **Guidelines, Terms & Conditions 4 - 9 will invalidate your chance to earn cash vouchers.

12. Participants are encouraged to include themselves in content for stronger credibility and a higher chance of getting noticed.

13. The participants with the highest amount of positive engagement will be crowned the winner. Engagement metrics include likes, shares, comments, and total views.

14. The participants are required to double-check all information for clarity and precision, making sure the restaurant’s name, featured food item, and pricing details are spoken or written correctly to maximize your chances of winning.

15. Once video is posted, organizer will fulfill the cash vouchers on the January 2026.

18. By participating, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

19. The Organizer's decision on the selected winner is the final decision, and the winner has already been secured. Any correspondence or objection will not be accepted.

20. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prize awarded cannot be substituted for other items.

21. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

22. If anyone is found to have tampered with the entry method and/or the process of the Contest, or has violated the Contest’s terms and conditions or deliberately violated the law, the Organizer has the absolute right to disqualify them from participating in the Contest.

23. All times and dates mentioned in these Terms and Conditions are in GMT+8 Malaysia Time.

24. By participating, all Participants agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights there to shall belong to NY Steak Shack.
